Excellent location. Spacious rooms. Staff very friendly. Provided hairdryer, terrible. Rang before visit to ask if there was shampoo & conditioner, told yes to both but actually was only conditioner so had to go out and buy. Had to request 2nd bathrobe, no facility to call to reception

Little gem in centre of the city

Great position in central Liverpool, lovely staff and rooms were gorgeous. Great value minibar & great value breakfast that you can have served in your room at no extra fee.Would definitely stay again.

Great hotel

The hotel overall was lovely and the room was really spacious. The only down point was the noise from the bar below and the crashing of bottles being emptied in the alley behind. The staff were really friendly and the hotel was in walking distance to the shopping area and Royal Albert Docks.

Had a fantastic 1 night stay in one of the suites. Staff were polite and courteous on check-in (as they also were at checkout), room was clean and tidy with ample space. Nice place, great service!

This is a very nice hotel in a great location if you like it busy. The bed was excellent! There is plenty of nightlife and good places to eat, easy walk to the waterfront. Wish we could have stayed longer than a single night.
