Overall, we liked the hotel and the room. The furniture was a little outdated, and there was a bit of an old/musty smell in the room, but the kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The breakfast was good: oatmeal, waffles, fruit, an omelet, bagels, juice, and more. It was disappointing that the jacuzzi was not working and that the pool was not heated. However, we only stayed for one night, so considering the price, everything was great.

It’s conveniently located to Las Positas College. The room was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The continental breakfast was pretty standard. No elevator (Because they are townhouses).

Have stayed at this property a few years ago and it was great for a one night stay with a pool & hot tub. Was hoping to get the same experience but the hot tub was out of order. The sole reason for booking this property so needless to say it was majoring disappointing. It seemed a little runned down from before- some landscaping would do it justice. It gives a sketch feeling from the run down cars that are parked there but in all fairness the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. Would not return.

Our stay is perfect. Rooms are clean. No signs or smell of cigarette. We got everything we need. Breakfast was amazing. Staff are very friendly. One of the best experience we had. We will definitely reserve in this hotel again

The same night staff worker call the cops for the guest because we were just chillin around the pool with friends and family,but the cops said they get an call for guest was mishandeling around the pool.that was an lie. Never seen a harder working staff and landscaping crew. Every day — they truly have pride in their job and are so wonderful. The entire staff here have made a time where we needed extended stay with my family and stress levels at maximum — they created a wonderful temporary environment to call “home”.

Worse hotel we have ever stayed. We planned for two nights. The first night we noticed cockroaches and the room was dirt and smell so nasty. In the morning we told the front desk, thankfully they Refunded one night and upgraded us to a bigger room. To our surprise this room was worse, they were MICE. Very unsanitary, unclean, old and smell like mold. Don’t stay here with your family

The place looks more like a studio apartment with full kitchen, living room,etc. It's homey feeling. They have swimming pool with bbq grill. The staff are really nice but i wish they have more knowledge of where to go eat etc coz that would have been helpful.

The property is well suited for pets, ground floor particularly. I requested accessible accommodations, but the room was not mobility friendly and had a tub/shower that I could not use. Had to clean cobwebs from some of the furniture. Hotel is definitely showing its age. Bed was comfortable enough, couch was not.
