“The Monastery Estate is a beautifully restored family house in the tiny village of Moni, not far from Sougia and the sea. It's an incredibly peaceful, intimate place with comfortable, quirky, stylish rooms and large patios. The view over to the White Mountains is breathtaking and there is great hiking nearby. We were extremely well looked after by Katerina and Marianne - nothing was too much trouble and they were very helpful with local suggestions. Highly recommended! ”

“It was a last minute booking, for only one night. When we arrived we were shown our room, which was beautiful and the view incredible. We had dinner in the tavern across the road. The food was wonderful. It was truly a great stay. A longer stay to experience the surroundings and amenities would have been wonderful, maybe another time.”

La habitación era grande y estaba limpia aunque antigua y no muy bien equipada. Por la mañana la recepcionista nos comunicó que debíamos pagar 21 euros por el uso del aire acondicionado durante tres días, lo cual no habíamos visto nunca. “On ne se gare pas devant l'hotel, qui au coeur du village, dans des rues étroites..; ce n'est pas un problème, le village est facilement accessible, mais encore faut il en être informé. Arrivé sur place, la personne qui nous a accueilli était peu avenante...pas mal aimable, mais peu chaleureux comparativement à la Grèce. A part cela, la chambre, l'établissement, la piscine, le village tout est beau et fait pour votre séjour. Eneffet à moins de 5 minutes à pied, vous pouvez prendre votre petit...
