For the price, I have nothing to complain. The hotel is close to long distance bus hub, and 5 minute taxi ride from train station. It shows age, but usable. The front desk struggled a bit to register a foreigner guest as required by government, but they are friendly. I stayed at 11th floor, still a bit noisy during day time because of the location, but it is generally ojay after 10pm.
