Good location near sea front and really comfy and clean with excellent breakfast. Would recommend it and it will also be my first choice when I go to Littlehampton and surrounding areas again.

We liked every thing about our visit. A beautiful garden and very well designed car parking. A warm welcome and a very comfortable private bedroom room with outside table and chairs for two. Bathroom and bedding of the highest quality and absolutely spotless. A modern easy to use walk in shower. Welcoming and friendly staff who provided a great breakfast.

Cara and Simon were very welcoming and friendly during our recent stay at Berry House. Our room was spotless, as was the rest of the house. Breakfast was cooked to order and delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and we would recommend it to anyone.

Excellent B&B. Large, well-equipped, very quiet room. Good breakfast. Really friendly, helpful, organised owner. We'll almost certainly be staying again.

Lovely B&B, ideal for a couple of nights.

Lovely friendly couple running this place. Very clean and tidy. Excellent breakfast! Found the bed a tad soft but that's just probably me. Short 15-20 minute walk to the beach.

The hosts are lovely people who are only pleased to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Room was very clean and well supplied with tea and coffee making needs. The b&b is about 6 minutes walk to the sea front and 15 to 20 minutes walk to the town centre, railway and bus stations. There are bus stops directly outside too. We loved it here and would definitely recommend it.

The room was very light and airy with everything you needed. Breakfast was freshly cooked and very nice. Kara and Simon were lovely people making you feel at home. When visiting this area next we will stay at Berry B & B but for longer.

The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was excellent. There was plenty of bottled water, tea and coffee in the room. The breakfasts were very good and plenty of choice. The couple that own the b&b were lovely. Would highly recommend staying at the Berry House b&b.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike, this is a First Class place to stay, every little detail is well thought through. Food was delicious and Kara was so friendly and welcoming, an ideal base for Arundel and other local sites. Would recommend to all my friends and will go back in the future.
