Loved the room and the hospitality. The beds were super comfortable and the room was big enough for my family. Great place to stay for the day! My only complaint was that people were smoking in the pool area and my children didn’t enjoy the pool.

This property was near a lot of restaurants and a Walmart. It was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is no teabags which didn’t matter in the end because the hot water was not hot.

The room was comfortable and very clean. Having a kitchen in the room was helpful, although the fridge was not very cold. Front desk staff were courteous and prompt in switching us to a room with two beds rather than 1 king-sized bed. I couldn’t find a working ice maker in the hotel.

I had a few roaches in my room. I’ve stayed here a few times and this was the first time I had this experience but it was a lasting one. It was a nice run but I can’t return to this property again. Staff there are top of the line customer service at an all time high. Great energy and personality along with excellent smiles that make you feel welcomed!!! The front desk made me return that’s what I’m gonna miss!! Great customer service is hard to come by give these people their flowers NOW!!!!

For a couple of reasons we had to change rooms. The front desk, Shawn, was outstanding and so very accommodating. Even helped us move our things to a much better room at no charge. There is major remodeling going on, but didn’t negatively affect us in any way. The beds and bedding were Excellent. We liked every thing about our stay.
