Overall, a good Super 8. Modern feel and clean facility. The biggest complaint I have is we booked the room for 5 people, but upon check in the room really only fits 4 people. We were then charged $20 for a rollaway bed, which I thought was a bit much for one night. Also, the bed wasn't the best. But that being said, I've stayed at some pretty run down Super 8's and this location was not one of them. I would stay here again.

Room was NOT accessible. The bed was too high. The shower/tub was not accessible. The 2 grab bars in the tub were not useful for anyone in a wheelchair. The towels were not accessible. We will not stay in another Super 8 anytime soon.

I like that it shared a parking lot with a Mexican restaurant. I did get a room with a jetted tub and that was kind of gross so that was an extra expense that I wasted.

Quiet location and clean hotel, breakfast was limited but sufficient. Bed was very high off the floor being only 5ft tall this made it difficult to climb in but I managed. Our room was very spacious and we enjoyed a good night's sleep after our long flight from the uk

Good accommodation

Room was nicely updated. Bedspreads did have burn holes but for the price was good. Toilet was rocky. Overall is was good and we would stay in there for a quick trip

The beds were hard and I felt like I might have been laying on a hard floor I had a hard time getting into my room and I even saw a housekeeper having issues getting in and another guest said that they had issues getting in to their room The staff was friendly and accommodating

Don’t expect anything more than just OK

It was an ok place, overall clean but we chose a non smoking room and everything still smelled like stale cigarettes. Towels and shower curtain smell liked stale cigarettes. There were dead bugs in the bathroom, shower didn’t drain well kept getting standing water. Housekeeping came early in the morning and check out day they were legit waiting outside for us to pack up our vehicle so they could clean the room. Felt rushed even though we still had 2 hours left before check out. Not enough linens for the amount of people in the room! They also counted the dirty linen before they gave us the same quantity back. So couldn’t even get more towels because they act like we wanted to take their linens. Anyways it’s definitely just and ok place. Don’t expect more than that. Beds were super high had to jump onto bed to even get into it, beds themselves were very uncomfortable and woke up with back pain. Ok for quick stay but not for long term.

Good Stay for the Money

Overall a good stay. Property in good condition. Property and room were clean. Air Conditioner worked Great and was the kind that would stay on and run continuously which provides a good atmosphere for sleeping. Bed was little too firm for me. Water pressure in shower was a little weaker than I like with the water saver shower head installed. Breakfast was OK with plenty of Carbs but no hot food. But my total bill with taxes was only $76.60!

Not bad but floor in room was dirty. No elevator

The lobby small. Had 2 tables for breakfast and a love seat. The sink faucet was leaking badly. The floor looked clean but when walked on floor it was nasty stuff that was m your feet!!! Bed was good. No bugs which was good. Refrigerator was cold. Bagels, packaged donuts and cereal. Mild and OJ in refrigerator. Had yogurt and cups fruit!!!!’

Had an interesting interaction with the people behind the front desk at checkin. Booked a nonsmoking room and ended up with one that wreaked of smoke. Wasn’t able to get a non smoking as the lobby was also full of cigarette smoke. The smell then got worse the second night. Would not stay again. The only pluses were the low price and easy access to get where we needed to go.

Unorganized

The Cabot, Arkansas location was completely unorganized. Checked us into a room that was already occupied, swapped us to a room with only 1 bed with 4 people on the reservation. Then, checked us out Saturday, we went ahead and left, so only stayed 1 night. The person at the front desk when I went to the office Saturday to find out what happen, or why we could not deal to a 2 bed room said “I’m just part time, I can not help you.” The mirror was broken and taped, the smoke detector was disabled

Untrained Staff and Bad Service

This facility has untrained staff and overall hotel was full of issues. When I checked-in, I was double charged for a pre-booked and pre-paid room. It took me several calls and over 4 days in middle of my vacation to get my money back. I was charged even when I checked out of this facility. Sheets in the room were dirty and full of human hair. Bathroom door was broken. Toilet flush was not working properly. Room has lot of roaches. No microwave facility during breakfast.
