When pulling up - your valet parks your car. We never used our car the entire trip. It was located near the things we needed within walking distance. Or you could grab the trolley. The market , restaurants and hurts donut was all right there. It is walking distance to the Robinson Center & that was our destination. Property was very clean. There is a Starbucks and a restaurant located at this property. Rooms- I made the mistake and we had double beds. Bed was comfortable but having 2 people in the same bed was not. So keep that in mind. Room was clean. Staff friendly and the overall was nice. We will definitely stay at this location again . Don’t forget to tip your valet- they were great!

The hotel is the best option in Little Rock, but it’s not fantastic as far as Marriott’s go. The restaurant food is average, and the menu is pretty small. No problems with the cleanliness of the room but the building is showing its age. The tub drain drained very slowly so water backed up during a shower. The desk staff was nice and helpful, but the ancillary staff were pretty disinterested in doing much to help with anything. Stopped at the Starbucks and they were out of everything. Tried to order three different drinks and they couldn’t make any of them. I think they just wanted to close up and get out of there. The M club lounge was pretty average too, nothing special, and no extra service provided. The hotel is fine, just below average for a large downtown Marriott.

I had a sofa in the room. It’s nice to spread out during the day or before bedtime without making a mess of the bed. I want it to be freshly made when I hit the hay for the night. I was given plenty of water at the front desk without even asking. Thanks, Matt, I think his name was.
