The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. Can walk to several restaurants which makes it easy. Off the highway enough that it was very quiet. Rooms were spacious and even though it was 100 degrees outside I was able to make the room cold like I like it.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only thing I noticed was pool could use some maintenance or updates. Water was clean but bottom could use looking after seems maybe just old.

Great hotel! Off the highway enough where noise isnt an issue. Extremely well lit parking lot, the area feels very safe. After some car trouble and being stuck in the middle of nowhere for 7 hours in the middle of the night, Andrea (hope I got that right) was awesome. She made check in a breeze and was alot of help with me having to stay an extra day. Recently remodeled building with good beds and friendly staff. Im from West Texas and everyone ive dealt with in Bryant/Benton has been so friendly and helpful. Ill definitely keep this place in mind for future travels.

Room was clean and quiet.I had asked for a room on he top floor (for the quiet), and the front desk young lady was able to accommodate me. My room had a nice shower- no tub, which I prefer, but the shower was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable. I enjoyed the hot breakfast also. I would stay there again if I’m in the Benton, AR area again.

Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Just to help make it Better, please put a new mattress on the bed by the window in 410. The mattress is way broke down. You sink in a big whole. My body hurts from it.

Major renovations were being done without prior notification. Towels were threadbare. Housekeeper was walking halls coughing awful without covering her mouth. We chose not to eat breakfast, but it looked pretty good if we had. Staff was fine but not fabulous.

I have absolutely nothing to complain about regarding our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Benton Arkansas. The place was immaculate not matter where we went in the hotel and we visited the exercise room, the pool, the free breakfast (which was wonderful by the way!) and the bathrooms. The staff were so very kind, every single one. They were very attentive and genuinely cared about our stay and making sure we had everything we needed. They even told us to 'Drive Safe!" when we left. This will definitely be our first choice if/when we travel back to Benton.
