Well the staff was friendly and helpful. The first room we went to the tub drain was clogged the faucet was dripping and when I tried to empty the tub it wouldn’t drain. The front desk did move us to another room. The 3rd floor ice machine was broken and the pool was closed. I felt the cost to stay there was high for the area and the quality The staff at this hotel was friendly and helpful. This hotel is very clean, it smells nice and you also get an extra hour. The staff was amazing, and the breakfast was good. Check out isn’t until noon and that was such a pleasant surprise after driving for 8 hours. I will definitely stay here again when my family and I sail out of Galveston on a cruise again.
