This hotel was absolutely amazing! Perfect location! We booked the PERFECT room for the fireworks show! The bar/restaurant was awesome! Staff were friendly, helpful, and all around amazing! We will definitely be staying here again, even if for just a weekend getaway!

Everything was great and the staff was very helpful. The free shuttle service to Simmons Bank Arena for the concert we attended was smooth and easy. Beds were comfy. Our river view was nice. I wish we had had the convenience of a free breakfast and free parking but it is clearly noted before booking that both are available for an extra fee so I knew to be prepared beforehand. Will stay again!

We stayed at this hotel for the BDB100 and it was convenient. It was not a bad hotel by any means. Pros: Beds were comfortable, rooms were clean, shower was clean, free fresh coffee in the lobby, nice outside space with tables and turf. Great location to get across the bridge easily for the race starting and 2 blocks from the convention center to pick up race day materials. Easy walk to restaurnts - about 5-6 blocks. I would not recommend this for small children if you need to walk to restaurants, I would stay further down the road closer the discover center. felt safe. Staff was very friendly as was the restaurnt staff. Cons: no microwave or mini fridge in the room, however; we did discover a microwave in the lobby. the hotel is dated and is in need of renovations. Could see minor water damage in the bathroom ceilings and toilets would randomally make a flushing sound (couldn't hear when sleeping if the bathroom door was shut). Overall these minor things did not impact our stay. Bottom line: I would stay here again if the pricing was significantly cheaper than the other hotels within close proxmity; however I would probably pay a little more to stay a block or two down the street. There were a lot of cyclist staying at this hotel so it must be a favorite of the riders. Parking was easy and convient under the hotel also a plus.

The rooms was clean and in general the hotel is older but but clean. Unfortunately, some aminities are older like the AC that keeps turning off every 30 mins or so, the room gets hot and it turns back on. There was no fridge in the room either so that was bummer. We only stayed a night but felt like if the AC was newer and won’t turn off periodically, our stay would have been more comfortable. But I commend the cleanliness and ease of checking in/out.

The staff was incredibly helpful and so happy to help. My husband is mobility impaired and they went out of their way to make sure he was accommodated.The pool was not open as they don't fill it til after Memorial Day. We spent 5 days there without swimming so that wasn't ideal.

The staff was amazing! The bartender was awesome, the elevator was a trip. 5 times up and down before it finally let us out. The room was clean but having a 2 year old and not having any type of mini fridge at all it was highly inconvenient having to go buy an ice chest and ice to store it for the night while paying $200+ a night to stay there. Then the room listed a pool. It was out of order. Was let down. But none of it was the staffs fault. They were amazing.

Staff was excellent. We had a balcony room. The balcony was very dirty. Bird poo and just lots of dirt and insects debris. The room had been recently painted maybe, the carpet was nasty and burn holes in it. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom vanity the faucet was loose, there was no vent fan to let steam out. The shower faucet needed to be tightened up as well. This hotel needs a complete update on interior of rooms. We have stayed here before and it appears to still be in the same condition from previous years.
