Easy access to 630 and minutes away from hospitals. Room was nice enough but neither electric outlet worked in the bathroom and the ice machine is out of order. There's an ice machine in the lobby but no access to it after hours. Sign says go around to red door and use room key but our room key would not open the door. Other than that the room was clean and staff was very friendly and fast checking in

The staff was great, guy that worked overnight with the gold fronts was cool and gave recommendations on food nearby etc, but the room itself had a roach infestation. I would have requested a room change but I was exhausted from flying all day. They need to seriously hire an exterminator. There were roaches ON the bed!! It was disgusting honestly? And for such a good deal, really ruined the overall experience..

When I first entered I had to wait for the attendant to come. Thankfully, check in was quick and easy, but the directions to my room was unclear. The room smelled old, the shower drained slowly, and there were roaches.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at and that says a lot the only thing that was even close to good was the bed and location and the staff was pretty down to earth and good to get along with. Don’t think I will recommend this place to anybody ever and will never be back sorry but Windam needs to do better and take a look at this hotel to bring it back up to even par standards
