“Me and my partner enjoyed our stay. We felt it was very good value. Friendly staff. Very clean and tidy. Room was modern and inviting. The food in the restaurant was amazing. The breakfast was good with a good variety of continental foods. We don't have a dog but I thought it was very good how this hotel catered well for people who did have dogs and the dogs were even welcomed in the restaurant whilst their owners ate breakfast. “What a fabulous place to stay. Superb location, extremely polite staff. We both enjoyed a lovely evening meal together and the breakfast was the best in along time which is local sourced. “This hotel is located in a beautiful old building with a gorgeous garden. The rooms are charming. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast each day and the bar in the evening. Nice wine selection! Its a great locattion for visiting Chatsworth House and the beautful scenery of the Peak Distict.”

“We had lovely hosts! The breakfast was delicious and we could've only wished to have stayed longer! The airline forgot our luggage and our hosts were most kind and helpful while getting things settled for the airline to deliver our bag. The place was warm and inviting, and was well kept! Next door was a pub with delicious food as well and very convenient. We could not recommend this place enough!”

“Great place to stay in Sheffield near the university with on site free parking which was great. Staff really friendly and we ate there in the evening and although it was fully booked they found us a table. Plenty of choice on menu and they had gluten free options which was great for us. Taken from Ashopton Viaduct on the A57 Snake Pass Road, nice views back towards Fairholmes Visitor Centre from which we set off on a circular 5.5 mile walk. This is just about halfway now and still a nice day, with views in all directions. Nice!
