“Well presented clean room on the ground floor with excellent facilities. Food and drink excellent. Staff were incredibly helpful with any queries, we felt like one of the family. I have never commented on any other survey before this, so must have have made a very big impression ! Thank you and congratulations to your staff Matt our stay with you was wonderful. I was also a little sceptical when I saw Belle Vue’s exceptionally high rating, but after staying there, I completely understand it. The guest house really was exceptional. The décor was stylish, the bed and furniture were very comfortable, and the location and grounds were lovely. “After quickly booking about 11pm we arrived at nearly midnight. All doors inside were locked and kept ringing the contact number but not manned. There was clearly a door to the rooms but had not been sent a code to get in. My son went round the back and found an open door so we entered that way. We presumed that the only two rooms with a door open were ours! We left early in the morning and again not a single member of staff was to be seen. This issue raises great concern regarding the security...
