We have 2 persons for 1 night stay and found that this hotel was too basic. There was shampoo, but no soap in the shower. The bathroom did not have wash cloths. The room did not have a clock. And, there was no mattress but a foam pad on the bed. With all this said, the staff was very nice.

Good hotel
Good check in
Room basic but gods , clean , comfy bed , good shower, fast WiFi.
Breakfast good , big variety of dishes .

Reception was awful. I knew Mr chekh at reception was not honest. I found that he charged me twice! still not refunded

Before we were Mercure Hotel and we had these amenities : coffee in the room, room service .... Now we have changed for Ibis styles and it isn't mandatory like for 4 star hotel like Mercure.

An embarrassment!
Posted Oct 1, 2017 on HotelsWe have no fault with the location of the hotel or the hotel itself, it maybe located in an industrial estate but it’s right beside the motorway.
At first we couldn’t find the Mercure hotel that we booked. After approximately 6 hours of driving and unable to find the hotel within an industrial estate we thought we would go into an IBIS Styles hotel around the same place but not the same address and ask if by any chance they were previously called a Mercure hotel.
We drove into a building site and had no idea if there was a hotel behind the building site, no joking we drove around a building site!
Once pass the building site we found the IBIS Styles hotel.
I felt embarrassed asking the lady at the desk if indeed they were recently a Mercure hotel? She confirmed that it had just changed its name.
Hotels.com didn’t tell us the name was changed to IBIS and that makes it worse. We were disappointed in hotels.com

Comfortable room and friendly service
Posted Aug 5, 2014 on HotelsI stayed at this hotel while visiting a friend. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the room clean and comfortable. The only drawback was the location - you need a car to visit Lisses or Evry or use Taxis which quickly mount up as it is approximately €15 to the Evry Courcouronnes station.
