Room (family room) was well equipped with lovely toiletries, toaster, kettle, glassware, cutlery and crockery along with a microwave. Comfy bed. The continental breakfast was in a beautifully appointed dining area and good choices provided.

This is a lovely little hotel, it has charm, was very clean. It had all the needs covered. Close to a pub if needed. We extended for another night, and it was no problem. Also, a really nice continental breakfast was unexpected. Loved it.

Each cabin is kept nicely private from its neighbours though the walls are quite thin so noise travels through easily.

The rooms are comfortable and clean, the only drawback is that it says it includes breakfast but the reality is that it only has a cereal and bread, so it is better not to trust if you are going to stay here and look for a place to have breakfast nearby.

Great place to stay near alstonville. Incredibly helpful service by Frances at a time of high pressure due to the Lismore floods. Thanks for all your help. Very nice garden rooms for those travelling or for a few days.

Motel is a bit tired and needs maintenance. Leaking taps, sofa seating has collapsed, Bathroom door catch got stuck in unlock and needed to be prodded to release, loose tap handle in shower.

The Unit itself was very clean and enjoyable BUT the bed seemed broken and very uncomfortable. When I pay to sleep somewhere, you want a nice bed. Maybe they need to invest on some new beds for peoples comfort.

We booked a twin room based on the information and photos on the hotels.com website which showed a walk-in shower in the bathroom. I also emailed the motel to check that this was the case but did not receive a reply so assumed it was. When we arrived and found a shower over the bath, not ideal for less mobile elderly people, the receptionist was pleasant but unable to move us to a suitable room. The location is quiet and the rooms are pleasant and well appointed but unfortunately we had an older style bathroom with mould in the silicon seals. It is handy to the Tavern next door which serves good meals and is quite popular, but maybe phone ahead to confirm if you need a room with a walk-in shower.
