The staff at the hotel is very kind, professional and helpful. We stayed for 5 nights and as I struggled with the bath they immediately changed our room with one which had a lovely Italian shower. Very clean and also very quiet. Good restaurant at excellent prices. Will definitely return when back in Lisieux.

Great location, right in the middle of the town with easy walking distance to all the amenities. Nice and clean room with everything you need to hand. The staff were very good and helpful. The lift up to the rooms was very useful for us. I liked having a parking garage, it felt safe and secure.

Nice hotel in good location close to the train station. Really nice staff, good room & nicely prepared things for family traveling with a baby. Downstairs restaurant was not that good though, and hotel is not accessible (a lot of stairs at the entrance), otherwise a great stay!

The hotel had all of the required amenities: the rooms were small but renovated to a modern standard, the breakfast was more than adequate, and the lounge was a nice touch for meeting and socializing. I like using stairs when possible and I found them somewhat dirty at times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Hotel is a bit dated but clean and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Large bar area and lounge. We ate at the hotel on first night and food was ok though kids wanted burgers - listed on menu but they didn’t have any! Covered parking useful.

This is one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff is friendly and helpful. The bathrooms of the rooms have fantastic bathtubs. The restaurant is a charming space with excellent food and great waiters.
