Such a vibe ! Perfect for dining and cute photos. Staff was so very friendly. Shout out to William ! He was great! Room was clean, spacious and cozy yet updated ! Comfortable bed and pillows. Definitely stay here!

Hotel management walked in on wife getting out of shower,{ I wasn't there at time} She had to grab for a towel, he didn't knock before hand, only after she called out , then he knocked, saying he was doing room inspection?? Live music was fine in bar, but it was way too loud in Restaurant, I couldn't hear my wife talking to me, across the table, so had to go and sit beside her, for conversation, Breakfast , we had to ask for milk to be refilled, even then they didn't fill it up enough, as we needed it for our cereal, and Tea, Staff need to keep checking if Breakfast item needs top up.

Our stay was amazing. All of the people were so kind and loving. Besides the apartment I had stayed in for 5 days was Amazing. I 100% cannot wait to come back!

Noisy room

The hotel was beautiful. Very clean and a lovely atmosphere to be in. But … I booked a child and adult and we were given room 126. Our bed was directly above where the live band stood until 12.30am. The music was fab and if I’d been away with my partner or friends we’d have been in the bar loving it but I was with my daughter who had a gymnastics comp the following day. We could sing every word. Just feedback to consider who you put in that room.

One night stay in Haslem

The hotel itself was really nice. Room was excellent and spotless and has everything you need. It also has a massive tv. Must have been 65 inch Sony. Good for just lying in bed relaxing. Only bad points musician playing when i checked in and they were really close to the desk and I couldnt hear anything and felt sorry for the girl working there as she was struggling to hear me. Also at breakfast I was met promptly by a waitress who took our coffee order but after 25minute wait I had to go and ask where it was. Apart from that the breakfast was enjoyable.

Reception located in a very busy bar area, which wasn't great. Person on desk wasn't sure about parking arrangements. Room was neat and suitable for a one night stay, not so much for anything longer. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast abundant. Did not like the shower as the temperature knobs were extremely stiff and couldn't adjust the hot water.
