The staff was excellent, very professional, and had great recommendations. Stayed for 3 nights and had breakfast there (which was worth the price, 13 Euros). Fantastic hotel in a perfect Lisbon location—easy to walk everywhere and very comfortable. The staff were exceptional, always friendly and attentive, and the room was perfectly cleaned every day. The highlight was an unexpected birthday surprise: champagne and chocolate waiting in my room. I never mentioned my birthday—they noticed it from my passport, which was incredibly thoughtful.
