Fantastic Stay at Palacio dos Arcos in Aug 24. Excellent Value and facilities including the indoor and outdoor pool and massage. Rooms were clean, large and the balcony view of the sea from our 2nd floor room was great. We took advantage of the Half Board option which provided an excellent dinner in the evening - a special mention for Joao who looked after us exceptionally well. Proximity to the train station, meant easy access along the coast to Cascais, must be said no noise from the train could be heard from the hotel. Look forward to returning again.

Positives : check in was smooth, the indoor pool was very nice and well Maintained. Room was clean . This hotel is magnificent. I enjoyed every minute. The only complaint I have is re coffee. The lack of a coffee machine at breakfast was disappointing. There are Nespresso machines which you can request for your room. Unfortunately none were available during our stay. But overall everything was brilliant and I’ll be back - requesting my Nespresso machine before arrival 😁

The old palace and its garden are very beautiful. The restaurant is located in this unique building. The menu is exquisite. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. On the downside, it was my birthday during our stay. Nobody in the hotel seemed to care (I have had other experiences). When we checked out I commented on this fact. The reply was, next time they would throw a big party for me. Seriously. Not funny.

Favourite hotel.

Great hotel set in its own attractive garden. Convenient location for travel and restaurants. Staff always excellent. Arranged transfer from Lisbon airport for us, 4 adults and a toddler needing a child seat, which was very helpful. In fact, hotel and staff are very welcoming of children. Stayed 5 times now and never disappointed. Going to book our 6th stay later this year.

I have just returned from an amazing stay at this Hotel. The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. The Hotel is in an area that doesnt have very much around it so you need to travel to other areas for eating out. But this Hotel is in the ideal location for traveling into Lisbon and other tourist locations. It is also perfect for spending a day by the pool. I only had dinner once in the hotel restaurant and it was wonderful the food was amazing.
