Good location if you’re looking to stay in old Sintra but a bit of a hike to get to main Sintra. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was big and had incredible views. There was WAY too much fragrance being pumped into the lobby, not like a luxury hotel fragrance, it was extremely overpowering. The hotel was generally clean but curtains and vents were old and a bit stained. Overall good experience for the price!

Excellent hotel. The room was comfortable with a lovely deck providing breeze and scenic beauty the restaurant had lovely views of the sunset and a great place for a nightcap or tea. The orovidwd breakfast was a buffet with great variety including gluten free options. They allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours after checkout so that we could finish our touring. Would highly recommend.

The room was spacious and clean, but it definitely needs to be updated. The shower drain was slow, and unfortunately, we found the room to have a mildew smell. The most frustrating part of our stay was the QR code required to enter the area. It rarely worked, so we had to call for assistance each time. On some occasions, it took more than five minutes before anyone was able to help us, which was quite inconvenient. On the positive side, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and were always willing to answer any questions we had

Clean hotel with great views, at a great location to see Sintra. Hotel has a small gym, which was really nice. Hotel parking was an absolute necessity when having a car. Staff was beyond helpful, accomodating and wonderful. Pedro, thank you. The building is in a nice location, right near the historic town centre. The room is well appointed with a comfortable bed, however the air conditioning did not work and the bathroom extractor fan was useless, so the room would get quite hot and humid after a shower. Breakfast is extremely good and I would recommend this if you like to get up early, as many local cafes open later.
