Great location, front staff was excellent. We initially got room 23 which faces the main street and was super noisy all day and all night. We asked them to move us and got room 32 which was perfect, super quiet. We loved the location, close to everything such as train station, historical area, restaurants and shops. We would stay here again as long as we don’t get a room facing the main street.

AMAZING location in the heart of Lisbon! Cute boutique hotel - we stayed in the Historic Room which was so charming. The bathroom was spacious compared to other European hotels we have stayed in! The only downside was the ceilings in the Historic room were pretty low so we kept hitting our heads accidentally. Overall a great experience and hotel!

We stayed in comfort room, very small tiny open rail with 5 hangers for clothes, no drawers. But was clean, bed was comfy and shower hot and powerful. No view and not a lot of natural light, next to tall building which had scaffolding and being renovated. We were room 31. Lift was broken when we arrived but offered alternative accommodation. Central location and easy access to everywhere. Nice breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful. In all ok for a short stay.

The elevator was broken and they didn't let us know until we went to the hotel for check-in. At least we were on the 2nd floor and they did offer a full refund but that wasn't helpful since we didn't have time to find another hotel. It was tough bringing all our bags up and down the stairs. Our room was also super small. But we still rate it high because you can't beat the location and price. Breakfast was pretty good too.

Location is fantastic! Breakfast was worth it and convenient. I would have given this hotel 5 stars but the elevator was not working. And hauling luggage up 4 flights of stairs was not on my bucket list. We stayed here 4 years ago and the elevator was not working then either. Other than that, excellent place to stay!

Can’t ask for a better location than this place, we only had a day to see Lisbon, and because the central location we’re able to see the mayor attractions Lisbon has to offer. Great decoration, made you feel like you’re in the old Times Lisbon, and the balcony is a plus.
