Fernando was very welcoming and happy to accommodate my 10pm arrival. I loved the large shower with adjacent bathtub! The neighborhood outside the window was quiet. What a relaxing way to spend a long layover is Lisbon!

I live in the states so the small rooms in Europe are a shock. Having said that, my room here was spacious by comparison. Super clean, modern, and great location. On top of that the staff were amazing. So polite and accommodating. When I come back to Lisbon this will be my go to.

Bed was so comfy and the hotel was so incredible that we contemplated changing our flights home to stay longer at the Felix 10! From the first moment arriving at the hotel, there was the most incredible cinnamon/clove scent that was warm & inviting and the decor was cool & sophisticated. The staff were very helpful showing us the entire hotel and offered us coffee & water when we first arrived. The rooftop had the most beautiful sunset view with comfy seating, the rooms were bigger than expected and the deep soaker tub was SUCH a nice bonus! Shower had amazing pressure, A/C & smart TV worked great, and wifi was reliable. Not in a super bustling neighbourhood but close enough to walk to most places within 15-20 mins, though we mainly used the cheap Bolts bc of the heat & hills, though there was an AMAZING pizza spot (Bonkers!) around the corner that I'd also highly recommend. Can't say enough about how great this hotel is! Absolutely booking here again next time we're in Lisbon!

Loved that the family room had 2 bedrooms with high end bedding. Appreciated the stylish design, roof top patio, lower level patio, and hang out spot with chess board. The area around the hotel is really beautiful- with embassies and local restaurants. The hill up to the hotel was a killer - downside for anyone with mobility issues.

Loved it! A bit dark inside the actual hotel but the room was perfect for a girls trip. We did the family suite with two bedrooms. The suite was super spacious. We loved the location because it wasn’t in the middle of everything but a quick walk to coffee etc.
