I loved everything about my stay in this great little place! I was welcomed with an espresso and a treat during check in after a very long travel day, the staff were so kind and incredibly thoughtful. The room was beautiful - bed was comfy and the towel warmer in the bathroom was an unexpected nice touch! The location was ideal for exploring the neighbourhood, and breakfast was great! I enjoyed my stay here (4 days). It is in a very busy and mixed area of Rossio, however, I was surprised by how quiet the rooms were. My room was fine for one person (though pictures make it seem bigger), the bathroom was spacious. My room was not initially cleaned thoroughly enough (I asked for the mattress cover to be replaced and the toilet was not cleaned). The space has some wear and tear, and needs thorough dusting and cleaning. The bed was very comfortable. The location is central, walkable to tourist sites and the metro. Most of the staff were very wonderful, especially John and those helping with breakfast. The breakfast service was excellent.

This is a great place to stay in central Lisbon, just around the corner from Rossio metro and the Rossio train station, both big advantages.(The train to Sintra leaves from Rossio). It's on the second floor of the street which will help keep prices reasonable.The staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, the place is clean and our bed was comfortable. The only deficiency was the lack of a reading light in our room. But we'd recommend this small hotel to anyone.
