A modern, stylish hotel in Chiado, just 5 min walk from Baixa-Chiado station and 10 min walk from the Tagus. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

Very well located. Convenient for solo traveler. Did the job. Shower goes straight into the room. No bathroom intimacy (clear door right in front of bed). Towels with holes in them. Very close to Ciado, downtown and Baira Alto. Beautiful Miradouro very close.

Really loved this property! Super cool & trendy vintage theater themed rooms. Comfy beds & lovely shower, toiletries so I didn’t have to unpack to be ready for my flight in the morning. Super friendly staff in a great location for restaurants & touring the area. Walkable to Metro. Some street noise can be heard but no more than what’s expected given the location. Might only be an issue if you are a super light sleeper. Finding building is a little tricky… could easily walk by it as I did but a quick call to the hotel and I was just a few steps away. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed here one night with a friend. The employees were lovely. The room had a dirty towel on the balcony. The throw for the bed was dirty looking. It was very blotchy and bleached in random areas. During the night rhe toilet stopped flushing and we had to get maintenance early in the morning and that ruined our sleep as check in was coming up. The stay was what we needed; a bed to sleep in before flying out.

Very pleasant staff. We rented three rooms, which at first glance had a cool anesthetic/theatrical feel (silver super graphics on the walks and a fun/quirky decor). But the closer you looked the more problems there were - some more problematic than others. A few examples include missing bathroom doors, broken off and missing soap dispensers at the sink, Q-tip from previous occupant on the floor. In general, the hotal needs lots of little and some large repairs as well as thorough cleanjng. Beds were comfortable and sheets/towels were nice.

After an overnight flight, was able to check into the hotel a few hours early to shower and take a nap. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small, but clean and nice. Kind of an odd configuration and the air conditioner didn't get the room very cold. Bathroom was clean, but had a weird sink that splashed water everywhere when the faucet was turned on. Bed was very comfortable. The neighborhood had a number of restaurants and bars to choose from - the food being good at many of the places. From the hotel, you can walk pretty much anywhere in the main, downtown area. Just know at some point, you'll be walking uphill - A LOT. Tip: downloading the free Rick Steves Lisbon audio walk will end very close to this hotel. While the hotel is decent, the area is very noisy. You will hear screaming, talking, fighting, hooting and hollering after 1am until about 4am as the bars empty out. Additionally, you will hear clear conversation from the patrons eating and drinking at the restaurants outside of the hotel. I now understand why such a centrally located hotel had such a bargain price. If you want quiet, look elsewhere.

Great location for walking to see the old town of Lisbon. There are many cafes and restaurants- Sacramento was recommended by staff and it was delicious- reservations suggested but we went early and managed to get a table for 2. The hotel has a lot of character and not your typical chain type hotel. The entrance/lobby is very tiny. They will do luggage hold for you if you arrive early before check in. The elevator - very old school with doors you pull shut is VERY tiny. If you have more than a carry on size bag it may not hold 2 people. The stairs are fine and dark at first but lights go on as you approach. Our room #24 was ok. The bathroom has a clear door, but it’s down a hallway. We didn’t have any shower amenities like soap/shampoo - not sure if it was forgotten or that’s the way it is, we were too tired to ask about it and had our own, but if you’re counting on it you may want to confirm. Although advertised as a B&B, there is no breakfast, but many places a few steps away.

Don't go!!

This was quite a disappointment... When i think boutique i think Cosy, luxury, comfort... This was anything but that. Small, dirty, smelly... We didnt even dare to shower there or walk bare-footed in the room. My initial idea was to check out again immediately... Room was dirty, small and nothing like it shows on the picture. Had to go back to the "front desk" to ask for toiletpaper because that wasnt even in the room. Bathroom was dirty, toiletseat loose, stains all over. The wasbasin didnt drain... Airco couldnt cool the room. Front door was open all time. Small and very narrow corridors.. a smell of sewar when walking the stairs. Dont be fooled by the pictures... Thats niet what you will find... The only good thing was the location. If you can find it... The location directions on the app brought us somewhere else.

As toalhas não eram de qualidade, na verdade ásperas.Teve dia que trocaram as toalhas por outras rasgadas. Não havia sabonete, nem no lavado e área de banho, apenas shampoo. Outro aspecto a insegurança, quando retornava à noite não havia ninguém na recepção.
