The hotel is super clean, which was very important to us. Everything was well maintained, spotless, and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel is about a 30-minute walk from Old Lisbon, but the walk is enjoyable and a great way to explore the city. I actually liked that the hotel is a little away from the crowded tourist areas while still being located in a nice, high-end shopping area. Catalina and the reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They provided us with great information about places to visit and helped us with planning and booking our trips, which made our stay much easier. I highly recommend this hotel, especially if cleanliness is important to you and you prefer staying in a quieter, upscale area while still being within walking distance of the main attractions.
