The incredibly friendly (Amazing) staff helped us make the most of our stay in Sintra. Great recommendations on ticket purchases for tours and options for restaurants. The hotel location in the heart of Sintra is ideal for visiting all the palaces.

This is a top quality hotel. Beautiful facilities, great staff - easy in English. Valet parking was good from the first minute. Room was great, bed comfortable. Stupendous view. Quiet locale at night. Innumerable restaurants of all types. And of course Sintra is spectacular! We'll be back

Amazing!

It was amazing. The best location in Sintra. A worm and officiant check in. A nice clean room with beautiful view of the old city. We got a nice fruit plate as a gesture for our birthday. Breakfast was delicious. All the staff are lovely. Don’t hesitate- book your room there!!!

Lovely team at the reception. Especially Raphaella who works evenings. You can see she has a passion for hospitality. Very conversational. Gave us great recommendations on restaurants. The hotel itself is nice and clean. Great location. Breakfast was good just did not like the tables being placed together so had to eat with strangers. Maybe if breakfast opened earlier. Even 7:30 would be better. 8am is late for the demographic that stay there so everyone eats at the same time.
