As mentioned, there are quite a few stairs, so keep that in mind. Overall, we had a great stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit.

Excellent location and walking distance to famous landmarks, grocery store, shops and transportation. Clean, A/C, spacious and beds comfy. Lots of stairs but lift (although very slow) was working for luggage and for guests with mobility issues. Shower only had half a glass enclosure so water coming out on floor. Make sure towel or mat on floor to prevent slipping when coming out of shower. I recommended they install a full shower glass enclosure to keep water in shower. You can tell there was previous water damage to baseboards of cabinet. Induction stove not working properly and wasted time trying to figure it out. Staff eventually sent up maintenance to fix it. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner, paper towels. Supplies such as dishes, pots, laundry/dish detergent, soap available. Overall was a great stay though! Would love to come back to Lisbon and explore the rest of Portugal 🇵🇹

The apartment is in a great location and recently renovated. But the elevator did not work the whole time in our stay we had to up and down 5 flights of stairs with our suitcases and avoid coming in and out because the stair situation. The elevator was a luggage lift, so this apartment has accessibility issues not recommended if traveling with an older person or stroller.

Spacious, very clean, and in a great central location. Has air conditioning and beds are comfortable. The new windows and doors shut out the street noise incredibly well. There is noise from the inside when other renters moving through hall and stairwell but once they are in their rooms it was quiet. Only major downside was the elevator being broken. We had over 100 steps up to our room (5th floor) which was ok for the most part but moving bags up and down was quite a challenge!

The central location of the apartment was perfect for our 3-day stay in Lisbon. Close to the metro, trams, buses, and train to Sintra. The apartment was spacious with a good-sized kitchen, although we only ate breakfast there. Wifi was fast (200+ Mbps). There was a slight musty smell in our unit (4E) as we walked in, but it quickly became unnoticeable. I could have lived at that apartment for months!

Excellent location: many sights within walking distance; plenty of cafes and restaurants on the doorstep; public transport just round the corner. Clean apartment, spacious lounge/dining room with large windows. There was a damp musty smell in the apartment throughout our stay. One of the bedrooms does not have outside windows so gets rather stuffy.

In the middle of the action and walking distance to EVERYTHING. Location couldn’t be better and as a bonus, apartment is on a small side street so it’s quiet. Apartment has lots of amenities and is spacious. We had a very comfortable stay! I would stay here again.

Very central location in Baixa! Immaculately clean. Dozens of restaurants within very short walk. Very close to Santa Justa elevator (which is not currently functional) and Rossio Square. There were a number of stairs up to the 5th floor apartment, which we didn't mind, though good to be aware of (I counted 100 steps total). The elevator was useful for luggage on check-in and checkout, though is very slow. Useful if you have mobility issues, though around 10-15 steps to get to the elevator. Overall, very spacious, fully stocked kitchen (even has a small oven where we are able to cook a whole chicken), very clean. Highly recommend!
