I would stay here again for the price, it’s reasonable and it includes breakfast. Shopping area is about 20mins walk. If you are just looking a place to stay it’s a great option. This hotel might have been built years ago but I think the up keep is well. Front desk staff can be more welcoming like those at morning buffet restaurant.

Firstly I need to say that I have stayed at this hotel before, and the reasons I have gone back are multiple - the very kind and friendly staff who all seem to have excellent memories for previous clients; who attend to all I need without any hesitation; cleanliness without exception; the large lounge bar where space enough to have meetings in private; meals available in the bar without having to go to the large restaurant; more than enough choice for breakfast in the restaurant; taxis available very quickly; near enough to the life of Lisbon without the noisy hubbub and also as a solo traveller, the very important feeling of safety! - A huge thank you to all at Sana Metropolitan!

I recently stayed here, and it was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure a comfortable stay. The room was clean, well-appointed, and had all the amenities I needed. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming, and the attention to detail in service made a big difference. Whether it was the front desk, housekeeping, or dining staff, everyone was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. This is a clean hotel close to the airport. I stayed a night en route to my destination. Very easy to get to the airport. The room was clean and tidy and it is an excellent hotel overall with friendly staff. It was a summer heat wave and though I set the AC to max, it never really went below 26 degrees in the room which was uncomfortable but not worth making a fuss about. If you’re there during the hot season, make sure to check the AC on check in. All around affordable, clean airport-near hotel. The area around the hotel is not especially pedestrian friendly.

Marta was good, who checked me in, and Hugo, the breakfast host was very good. I had a problem at night with their bartenders, but heard they're contractors. I had a great room and comfortable bed. I slept well, which I needed! It was quieter than I expected too, being by the airport. I'd stay again. Good breakfast too.

I stayed here on my first trip to Lisbon. The staff gave me some great travel tips, which was really reassuring. Breakfast had plenty of variety and was delicious. There were also local restaurants nearby, which gave me a nice sense of being somewhere out of the ordinary! The room was spacious, comfortable, and I slept really well. The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit unstable, working in some areas but not in others. I was pleasantly surprised by the little gesture the day before checkout, and I’d love to stay here again next time I come to Lisbon!
