Clean boutique hotel at the heart of the city, great for a city break. Breakfast buffet is small but has everything you need. No swimming pool or gym but very close to train station and easy to get around. Friendly staff.

The location of this hotel can’t be beat, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was excellent and my family would stay here again.

The hotel was a clean and well maintained property in a convenient location in Lisbon, walkable to many tourist spots and the Rossio train station to catch the train to Sintra. Hotel staff were quiet helpful, providing an umbrella when it rained. Would stay here again!

Cute small hotel with great location

Nice sized hotel with great location, modern rooms with good electrical outlets and wi-fi. The location is superb, near multiple train and underground metro stations. Although this location is central, nearby there are a fe dodgy looking individuals, however, it feels generally safe overall.

We got totally lost trying to find the hotel. Traffic is not allowed on the street where the hotel is. Very difficult to get to the hotel.

Great hotel, bed rather firm

Hotel was lovely, great location, staff very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the bed was so hard for our liking which is fine if you like a hard bed. The hotel provided a second mattress topper but the bed was still far too hard

Basic not boutique

Was not worth the money, and in my opinion not a boutique hotel. Only encountered 1 friendly staff member, other staff not very engaging. Good shower, nice bed. Breakfast should have been included for the cost of the high price. Unfortunately will not return.

Great downtown location. However, you need to sacrifice quietness. Very noisy. We heard ppl yelling or talking out loud throughout the whole night. Never stop. The building’s soundproofing is very limited

Great hotel in Lisbon

Lovely hotel, convenient location apart from the fact taxis cannot pull up directly outside the hotel, it’s approximately 100 m to walk which is not far unless you’re dragging big suitcases. Receptionists could not have been more helpful with information etc. only complaint was the room needed better/more lighting.

So so hotel, ropey location.

Hotel was so so, definitely not a 4* place by normal standards. The main concern was the location. Despite being very central, the side street the hotel is located on seemed to be very heavily used by homeless, beggars and drug dealers, literally lying on the front step of the hotel. The raucous noise from the big gatherings directly outside the hotel went on all night creating loud disturbance all night making it very difficult to sleep. If you are a single traveller I would be concerned walking around outside the hotel as it’s pretty intimidating.
