The staff is excellent, very professional and always ready to help. The rooms are very clean and quiet. The restaurant food is also very good. I have stayed at this hotel several times and it is one of my favorite hotels in Lisbon.

The room was very clean, furniture was in good condition, mattress was comfortable. The staff is professional and delivers excellent customer service. The food was also excellent and well prepared. This is the 3 rd time I have stayed at this hotel during one year and I will be staying again in the future. Close to the airport and excellent location to explore other environs in Lisbon.

We arrived very early, the staff on the front desk did everything they could to accomodate an early check in. The concierge took all of our luggage to our room and was then very helpful in directing us to different tourist areas.
