The front desk staff was welcoming and very helpful. Diogo was welcoming throughout our stay. The young front desk staff handled all our requests with ease. The spa and pool was very pleasant. If you want to feel like you’re in a little European dream, this is it. The room is so charming and quaint on a cute tree lined street. The team here feel like they genuinely are happy to be there and to see you. The pool/spa facilities were fantastic and relaxing. Location was great w Eduardo VII park close by and lots of shopping accessible. First night and already in love with Lisbon.

Excellent breakfast and lovely to sit outside on terrace. Shame there was so much building work going on around hotel as could be quite noisy. Pool is lovely - just en aware it’s not on same level as rooftop jacuzzi and bar. Really nice area just off main shopping street and easy walk into centre for shopping and restaurants. Staff all polite and helpful.
