We had the basic studio which was at the back of the building and therefore quieter. The studio is on the first floor accessed by some lovely old steps - but no handrail. There is a table and chairs outside the apartment and further seating area up a few steps. The apartments are right in the historic centre, Tram 12 stops outside and is as good as the popular Tram 28. We used the Bolt taxi app and found them economical.

Fantastic location for sightseeing — walkable to most attractions and surrounded by great amenities. Just keep in mind the building sits on a busy road, so nights can get very noisy with street traffic and crowds. Not ideal if you’re a light sleeper, though earplugs are provided and made a real difference for us. The apartment itself was clean with a comfortable bed and two AC units — a lifesaver in June. The bathroom is dated, and we felt the price was on the higher side for what’s offered. That said, if location and convenience are your priority, it delivers on that front.
