Fantastic little hotel in the historic district. No need for a car. The hotel itself is clean and quiet and great views. The breakfast is fantastic. Definitely would stay here again but for those of you that have mobility issues I would say no as there is not an elevator and yes plenty of stairs.

This hotel is very clean. It is ideally placed for anyone visiting Lisbon, the metro, buses and taxis are a few metres away. The hotel has no lift and the reception is on the 2nd floor which might make it awkward for some. Breakfast is good with a number of options available. It can be a bit noisy at night so it's best to close the windows and switch on the air conditioner.

Friendly and helpful staff were very flexible with our departure date when we had an unforeseen event. Excellent breakfast, clean and quiet facility in a great walkable part of Lisbon. Our view of the square was lovely. Fyi, the entrance doesn't face the main square, but is behind in the alley. Reception is up a flight of stairs, but there are staff who helped with our bags. I would definitely stay here again.

The property is immaculate and centrally located. They provide breakfast and even pack it for you if you have to leave before 7:30 a.m. The staff is SUPER. Flavia checked us in, and she was so nice and helpful that we are giving her an A+. The guy who checked us out even helped us with bringing our luggage down. The only downside is that the property doesn’t have an elevator, but it is so clean, centrally located,and the customer service is so good, that I highly recommend it.

Great location, very clean, comfortble. Nice breakfast included. Service and check-in was excellent. Only drawback was no elevator, which could be a problem if you are mobility compromised or carrying a lot of luggage.

Positive: Allowed check-in at 7 am after we arrived on a delayed red-eye flight. Negative: Refused late check-out past 11:30 am. Clerk at front desk simply said "that's impossible." No negotiation. Cleaning staff shouting in hallway during morning hours made it very difficult to sleep.

What a nice accommodation!

I was worried because the entrance to the accommodation was hard to find, but once inside, the service was good, and the facility was nice. The breakfast service was especially excellent. It was a bit inconvenient that there was no elevator, but everything else was recommendable.
