Location, fabulous! Right in the heart of restaurants, the water, easy walking places without so many hills. This is a quirky property which doesnโ€™t fit the mold. If you are prudish, skip this one but if you have a since of humor, arenโ€™t afraid of sexual innuendo then go for it. The staff was great!

The room was very clean and got cleaned regularly. The aircon was definitely handy with it being quite warm outside (23 degrees on average). The location was great to get easily to all the places in the old town and it was near Cais de Sodre, a train station that takes you to surrounding areas and towns. There was usually staff at the desk and the check in and out times were great too. Overall a really good stay, I canโ€™t fault it.

A Unique Stay in Lisbon

We really enjoyed our stay! The hotelโ€™s central location made it easy to access everything we wanted to see and do. The buildingโ€™s unique history added a special charm, and it was fun to learn more about it during our visit. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

We absolutely LOVED our stay! The details in the design, the quality of the furniture, bedding, amenities, etc really took you back in time. Our bed was the biggest bed weโ€™ve ever seen, and the historic (and sexy) touches throughout the room and hotel were perfection. We felt safe, cared for, and would recommend this Pensao Amor to anyone looking fur a unique experience! We were on the 3rd floor & the double windows blocked out 90% of sound coming from Pink St below, and our sound machine app took care of the rest. The lounge below is a great time. We had hot water, and great water pressure. The bed was super comfortable, and we were just delighted with the entire experience! Note that you need to haul your luggage up a couple flights of stairs before you reach the lift. A small price to pay for a unique stay!

The decor and vibe are really cool, and the location is very central and walkable. We were in the bar above the club, and you can deinitely hear the music from there and the street at night.

Amazing stay and Hotel.

Wonderful beautiful hotel. It is on a very busy street both during the day and night. You can expect noise and excitement well into the evenings early morning. They provide earplugs, have a kinky vibe and mellow atmosphere. Centrally located to everything within walking distance. I am a โ€œpin upโ€ fanatic and love vintage everything. This hotel has all of the decor of my dreams. Including artwork and photography of many beautiful women (and a few men) in various places around the bar/lounge and hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Interesting Stay

Our room was large and comfortable. There was some furnishings that were a little worn but it added to the experience. The location was excellent. Staff were helpful and pleasant. We seemed to arrive at a time that they were busy so our check-in took longer than usual and the reason not rated a 5. Communication was excellent. The parking was easy and close which since we had a car was great. You've got to have an open mind and go with the flow of the hotel.

Unique Decor

Unique. Not for everyone but we appreciated the authentic decor. Beware of two or three flights of stairs to reception. Bright โ€˜saucyโ€™ murals on the stairs well and brothel themed rooms. Busy street, popular bar, in the heart of old Lisbon. Great value.
