The Palacio Ludovice hotel is a beautiful 5-star historic hotel with excellent service and a fantastic location. The concierge staff were extremely helpful in arranging outstanding private tours, making restaurant & limousine reservations, and placing beautiful flower arrangements in our room before arrival. The hotel restaurant offers superb evening meals, excellent wine selections, and even included a beautiful fado performance our first night dining there. There are many great restaurants in the area such as La Fiorentina, and a fantastic pastry & sandwich shop for breakfast fare north of this hotel. The Palacio Ludovice is one of the best places to stay in Lisbon.

Loved this hotel!!! While I didnt take advantage of all the amenities offered. I felt the hotel was central location to alot of the sites. I loved that they provided a map at check-in of the city which helped with touring the many sites. Also loved the sweet treats provided at turn down service. Great hotel and great service from front desk to house keeping.

I arrived to check in and was told my room wasn’t ready. I asked if I would be ready by check in (3pm) and they were unsure if it would be- which is ridiculous. Eventually, the room was ready after waiting for hours. The room was decent. The property, rooms, bathrooms were Clean. Front desk staff was pretty unhelpful when it came to getting information about anything. The bed/pillows were horrendous. On a positive note, the location is good. Be prepared to walk up and down a lot of hills though. I really enjoyed each night they would bring a sweet treat to your room for free. That was really fun and unexpected.
