Unable to open door as What’s app not working. Very stressful being locked out. No elevator and a lot of stairs.not equipped for people with disabilities. . Shower wouldn’t work. The company was helpful and seemed nice. They remediated complaints on time. Better place for locals to stay rather than foreigners. People at Nicola restaurant were mean. Not welcoming.
Stayed 3 nights in May 2024
