The home was exactly as shown, very clean and well supplied. The property is located only a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants. The host was pleasant and followed up throughout the trip to be certain we weren't having any issues. We plan on returning!

It is very good hotel, clean, quiet. We liked its location, just few bloks from a metro station, walkable. In Lisbon, where hills are everywhere, this is a big plus. There are several locations close by for breakfast, and there are good grossery stores a block away from the hotel. Lockers at the entrance and the restroom were very convenient, because the check-in time is 3PM, and we arrived at 10AM. On the negative side there was a street construction under our windows (but the room was sound proof), AC was not strong enough to cool the room, and we did not have enough shower towels on the floor and had to reuse them for several days.

Lovely hotel in Lisbon.

Super comfortable and clean rooms, really suitable for anyone who wants a discreet stay in the city of Lisbon. It’s very central right next to the green line so easy to get to the airport. And also to cais de sodres which was convenient for me and my partner to get to Setúbal. The hotel assistance was always very fast and helpful and the bathrooms were so nice and clean would recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Numa Anjos. The location is great: close to the metro and within walking distance of some very nice restaurants and viewpoints. The check-in process was fully digital and incredibly smooth; we didn’t have to wait for anyone, and everything worked perfectly through the app. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well thought out, with plenty of natural light and good soundproofing for a central area. The only small downside is that the surrounding street can feel a bit busy at night, but with the windows closed, it wasn’t much of an issue. Overall, a very convenient and smart place to stay if you like a modern, self-service approach- definitely a great example of how digital hospitality should be done.

While the property is located with easy acces, i am highly dissatisfied with various aspects. 1. We didn't get checkin even at 5.30pm but were told checkin would be at 3 pm. Had to wait in the lounge without a room. No person to contact. Poor communication. Next when we went to the room the pillows had mould on the covers. Disgusting to see this. Overall very unhappy with the place. Will not book here or recommend anyone.

Overall good, however there were minor inconveniences. No cleaning in the room, not even every three days like most hotels. If you want it cleaned you must pay a fee. Room itself has quite thin walls/windows. Was on the third floor and could hear the road/cars at night. Someone was also drilling and hammering every single day, starting as early at 8am, which woke us up every day. Probably not Numa’s fault, just an inconvenience being near residential properties. To get more towels you also need to go down to the laundry room to get more, we went down and there was none. I sent a message to Numa and there was no response. Suddenly when we came home later that night, it seemed like someone has been inside and given us towels. I found this quite odd to not inform us that someone is coming - just feels strange to feel like someone has been inside the room without being informed. Lastly, have always been untrusting of storage lockers for places like this where there is no human interaction for any help. On our last day, our luggage got locked in the storage locker as it wouldn’t accept our code. It was really distressing trying to find a way to contact Numa when the only option is to message on WhatsApp to a bot, going through so many prompts to finally reach a real human. It was resolved within 30 minutes because I asked for someone ASAP after they asked how long I can wait. Super distressing as we feared we would be late for our flight.
