Very kind staff. I admit I was being extra and kept asking for things, ice, two different wake up calls, some plates, a phone call when the food delivery guy came and so on. And they indulged me in everything It's the only place ny parents stay in on their annual visit to Lisbon.

The staff is excellent, courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, definitely worth the price. I can’t say enough about the location. Right outside the door is a public jardin. People walking, running, having coffee and just living in that space. We spent time every evening walking through and soaking in the peaceful atmosphere. I will definitely visit this hotel again
