This hotel was located in the heart of Lisbon. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived very early, but they were able to give us the room which was very nice of them. Rooms are very small like most hotels in center of the city in Europe, but location was absolutely amazing. It was very convenient to be able to reach all sightseeing in the center of old city. We can recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to stay in the heart of Lisbon. And also this hotel has great transfer to hotel from airpor.t

The free morning breakfast was excellent. The front desk staff was superb and helped us with many items. Our only complaint was they booked a shuttle for us to the airport for $99 euros for 3 of us. It was a very short ride to the airport after all and a cab would have been more reasonable
