Lisbon trip

It was a great hotel in a good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close enough to the city centre. Hotel has all you need, a pool, restaurant and late night bar. Plenty of different areas to relax both indoor and outdoors. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

I stayed in a room for 4 and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean and cosy it was. The hotel isn’t close to the sightseeing areas, but it’s conveniently located near a metro station making it easy to get around. The welcome drinks were a nice touch and made me feel welcomed. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Perfect for what we wanted

Great hotel, Good distance from different metro stops , so getting in and out of the city never felt like a big deal. The room good and bathroom was well equipped. There was always a nice feeling about the hotel and the staff are a credit to this hotel. All of them were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The roof terrace and pool are just a jem and the perfect place to retreat after a long day around the city. Although small it felt like a hidden retreat. Honestly this hotel is a credit to chain.

Most was fairly unique in style. It had a fooseball table that the kids enjoyed. It was a bit further out from the castle d gorge and that area but had a lot of food options nearby and Ubers were fairly easy. Great place for the price

This hotel was very nice. It was clean and the staff was helpful. The rooms are on the small side, which just might be the case in most European hotels. The gave you a drink card when you signed in and breakfast was included with our stay. The breakfast selection was tasty. I would stay here again.

The hotel was spot on for us, rooms were good and really well soundproofed best for cutting out internal/external noise I have had. Reception/bar/break out area really workednand the kids loved it. Breakfast for 13 euros was incredible value and all fresh and good produce. I have seen reviews saying it's to far from the tourist centres, but it is literally an 8 minute walk to the metro and a couple of stops literally 5 minutes into Bxia Chiado so was ok for us. Metro is cheap and efficient.

Very helpful and welcoming staff. Clean hotel, very "warm" in design and vibe. A rich breakfast. The hotel is not really in the center and requires a short drive or walk, but there are several good restaurants a few minutes' walk away. It bothered us that there was no coffee or tea set in the room.

Rooms were clean and renovated. There's a nice lounge area to hang out. There's also an outdoor pool which was a plus. Location wasn't convenient. There weren't any nearby shops or restaurants. We had to take a car service or walked.

The check in staff were lovely and the cool vibe of the hotel is also very nice, the main things I didn’t like…. Sunday morning 6.45am being woken up to the beeping of a car horn / lack of drinking water in the room and the price of the room was also very steep for the size / amenities

Overpriced GenZ Hostel. Rude/uncaring staff. Tacky/gaudy interior. A/C brocken daily; staff won't fix! Pool is filthy. No closets or drawers in rooms; all your belongings will be constantly on display on ugly rod iron grids flush mounted on walls. Will never stay at any Marriott property again as this one was such a horrible experience. 15 minute walk to historic district, with many other hotel options along he route. If you're over 30, you will absolutely hate this place and the how it is managed
