Incredibly helpful staff, Accommodated our need for adjoining rooms as we were travelling with teens. Super cheerful and helpful bar staff especially Lucas who gave us so many tips on where to go in Lisbon that wasn't the typical tourist go tos. Pool was great but a tad too cold for the kids and not much available for veggies to eat at breakfast but the cafe across the road was excellent and the Brazilian next door to it was incredible. Overall exactly what we needed for a 5 day city break.

The Hotel is very sentral in Lisbon, you can walk everywhere from there. I really liked the room, nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpfull, the breakfast very good. This is a place I like to go back to.

The room was nice, basic, clean. I would be nice if they had some kind of folder to explain how the lights work and the TV and the AC. No restaurants nearby. The hotel restaurant was OK but didn't open until late. Not very centrally located. Had to take a taxi everywhere.
