Good value for money

Good hotel, nice rooms. Quite central location - 15 mins. walk to the city center, or rather use the metro just outside the hotel. Good breakfast.

Amazing cost benefit

I stay at this hotel every time I’m in Lisbon and it’s always perfect. The staff is friendly and helpful, clean spacious rooms and very good location.

the hotel is located in a good location. however the general hospitality skills of the reception and staff could be better with zero smile or glad attitude. also the shower and sink drain was clogged and draining very slow. I do not recommend the hotel or the Parking as it is the tiniest I have seen in Europe and cars hardly fits and also the daly charge of 18 Euro/ night is not reasonable

Very nice condition in good price, compared to other similarly priced hotels in the core downtown area, such as in Rossio, Chiado, Baixa. The reviews in those downtown hotels, if true, have lots of complaints related to older construction, such as poor ventilation, street sound, mold etc. But this hotel is a very good alternative for those who wants to avoid those downtown hotels with very bad reviews, because it's only a 2 metro station away from core downtown. So you can avoid all those while staying relatively central. There are many shops and restaurants nearby. Strongly recommended, especially because the metro is 1 minute walking distance. The staff were very friendly. Good option for families.

Hotel staff were friendly and efficient,room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was basic and not really worth the money. Reception area was clean and tidy but carpet on 7th floor looked filthy and hallway could do with redecorating. Walk into centre takes about 20 minutes but there is a metro station a minute away .

The service took forever to check us in the room did not have any clean towels we showered and then realized that there was no towels in this in the room. You have to pay for parking in the parking deck. It is very small and it’s scary to drive in and out. It’s only a one-way parking deck, which is the weirdest thing I’ve ever experienced in the parking deck.
