Wonderful experience staying here! It’s in a great part of town… walkable to shops and restaurants. The staff was incredibly friendly. The restaurant had great food and great bartenders and the breakfast was amazing! 10/10

The location is fantastic. Easy walking to the metro and the city squares. Easy commute to the airport via public transport. The hotel staff were excellent. Dinner was very good and a lively atmosphere in the restaurant. Breakfast was average and overpriced. (Food often cold) Would stay here again and highly recommend ( but without breakfast!)

Amazing Stay with Incredible Vibes! My stay was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and full of charm. The decor blends modern elegance with classic Portuguese touches, creating a stylish yet cozy environment. The staff was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was great! The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, with comfortable beds and stunning city views. The location was ideal. Plus, the on-site breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, local cheeses, and excellent coffee to start the day right. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mama Shelter was a hip hotel with a nice restaurant and roof top bar. It’s definitely a solid 3 stars for lodging. The pros: Check in was easy, the staff was super pleasant and we were lucky our room was ready a couple of hours before official check-in. I really liked the bathroom products - clean and eco friendly. The location is central, convenient to everything you need. Cons: We chose a cozy room which was as stated- tiny. It was hard to have two half open suitcases. For a solo traveler, it would be more than sufficient though! When we walked into our room, it smelled like wet laundry that had been sitting out. I opened a window and it helped, but I think it was the bedding. We had a short two night stay so it was bearable with the windows open to air the room. Wish there were usb outlets since we only had 1 travel adapter. Overall, it was a fine stay. I’d say the lodging and decor is skewed for a younger crowd.
