This was a good value for the price. The room we had had a nice little balcony that we made great use of. The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and understanding even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. That said, this isn't a hotel-- if you're looking for the Hilton experience, go to the Hilton. What this IS is a very nice hostel experience! The common areas were cleanand orderly, and I generally felt pretty safe there. Also your can't beat this location if you're looking to explore the night life scene, there's dozens of clubs, bars, fado houses, etc. on the same street and on all the streets around it, as well as many fantastic bakeries and restaurants! It was also a quick walk to the river shore. Overall I had a comfortable stay here.

Ok if your arrived near 4pm..

This was a an OK place the problem is that you can't check in until 4 (no one answered the locked door). Our flight arrived at 1pm..I sayed with the luggage while my family walked around and saw what I was going to see with them.. I missed Lisbon, sitting on the street with luggage.. The staff were very friendly and as helpful as they could be

The bathrooms were very dirty. It was extremely noisy. Someone was ringing the buzzer for hours in the middle of the night and since no one was working they couldn’t attend to it. There was noisy people coming in at all hours of the night

👎👎👎 MAKE SURE TO GO TO GOOGLE TO READ REVIEWS ON THIS PLACE! WHAT A MASSIVE DUMP!!! *THIS IS A HOSTEL!!!* PICTURES ARE *NOT* LIKE ACTUAL FACILITIES. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT stay here if you are a person who appreciates a quiet stay, a comfortable bed, and friendly staff. This is NOT worth €90 a night. More like €30 a night!!! INCONSIDERATE GUESTS WHO COME IN AT 2AM SLAMMING DOORS, WALKING LOUDLY AND YELLING, AND OF COURSE THERE IS NO RECEPTION SO NO ONE IS HERE TO CONTROL THIS. *TONS* OF STAIRS. Bathroom is DISGUSTING and there are balls of hair in room floors.

Definitely a no frills property for people looking for a place to crash after a long night out in Bairro Alto. No response when asked to drop bags early (via text). No one arrives at the property until checkin time at 4pm. The AC didn't work in the room and when asked about looking into fixing it they made an attempt, but when that didnt work the response was like "well, what can you do? Works great in the winter." Wouldn't stay here again.

Didn’t meet expectations

I travelled continually for 7 years and stayed in many hostels, and this one was by far the worst for comfort. It’s impossible to sleep at night due to the noise. I had expected a certain level of noise and being able to hear music due to the hostels location, however the music is so loud the bass vibrates the room until 4am, then the sound of bottles being emptied into large bins continues until 7am. Unless you’re on a trip solely to drink and stay out late (perhaps a stag do) this hostel wouldn’t work. Further to this the air con didn’t work in the rooms at all, it turned itself off after around 5 seconds of being on despite all settings being changed, upon complaining about this we were advised this was in all rooms and they were very good at heating- not useful. My bedsheets were also stained. There also isn’t a communal area other than the kitchen to meet people, which is often offered in other hostels. Positives are that the hostel other than the bedsheets was very clean- including the bathroom, and it’s in a very central location. Overall I think the description of the hostel needs updating to reflect the levels of noise, and that there’s no air con so people can be better placed to choose whether they’d want to stay there.

La dame qui accueil ne parle pas anglais, seulement le portuguais, mais ca bien été. 3 salles de bain répartie sur les étages. En générale très bien, mais en soirée la rue est bruyante. Il manquerait un rideau pour de l’intimiter afin de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes.

周りは飲み屋やクラブが多く早朝までうるさいです。また朝からゴミ収集車の音もひどいです。 2フロアのうち一つのトイレは5日間壊れっぱなしでした。シャワーは初日壊れていて、こちらは翌日に直りました。宿からの返答も無かったです。この料金ではしょうがないのでしょうが、あといくらか出して他に泊まるのをオススメします。

Perfect location- accessible to transport
