We loved our stay here. The suite was so spacious. The beds were super comfortable and the kitchen and washer and dryer were so good to have during our stay in Lisbon. The location is fantastic and I can’t say enough great things about our stay.

I stayed here as a solo female and could not have been more impressed. The hotel was super clean and the front desk was open 24/7 which added so much reassurance. My room was stunning with a hairdryer and standard bathroom toiletries like shampoo and lotion. It was an amazing size and had plenty of room too. I had no issues with anything in my room and would absolutely stay here again and recommend it!!

The entire staff was helpful and friendly. In particular, the front desk clerk Miguel was very knowledgeable about the Lisbon. He said that is a result of his studies. He suggested great places to visit, and I visited most of them. The hotel is fortunate to have him as one of their representatives.

Wished we were there more than 1 night. It was so spacious and home like. Rooms were gorgeous and clean. Staff were friendly and it was in a great location. Only complaint was the AC. It worked and was cool but would have liked it a bit colder . Views were wonderful!!

Everything was really great about this hotel, and location is really good. Lots of shops and cafés around, as well as a supermarket and mall. Air conditioners could be better though. Our thermostat had a 3 hour timer set up, so kept turning off. Staff wasn’t able to figure it out, and took me some Google Translate with some exploration of the settings to figure it out on the 3rd day. I recommend this hotel overall.

This was one of our favorite hotel stays (and we travel for a living). The staff was so helpful (calling an oversized cab for us, answering questions, open 24 hours), the room was beautiful and light and clean, the temperature was comfortable at all times, the amenities were lovely and the location was literally a few steps from the Metro. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting for work or travel!
