We love staying here. Great location. There's parking. The light show is pretty cool! Staff is very helpful they also had a great massage person doing massages 💆‍♀️. Would recommend this hotel!

Great hotel and Staff. They took very good care of us and we would stay with them again. The area is safe and quiet, but a little bit of a walk to the main areas of Lisbon so be prepared to get your steps in.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lumen and truly enjoyed our experience. The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and very well maintained. The breakfast was also fantastic, with great quality and a nice selection. The staff and overall atmosphere made our stay very pleasant, and we would definitely recommend the hotel to others. Our only suggestion would be to add a few more options to the restaurant menu, which would make the dining experience even better, especially for guests staying for several days. Overall, a great experience and a hotel we would happily stay at again!

Room comfortable overlooking the basement where The Light Show is on every night at 10pm. Breakfast was good & staff very helpful especially at Reception. All staff pleasant & helped a lot. Pool area nice & the Bar was relaxing after a full on day each day in Lisbon. Bar area in Lobby had still water & each room had water bottles which was nice you just requested more hotties as & when needed a very pleasant say

A very clean, modern hotel with excellent staff. We checked in late after very long day of travel and pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to superior suite. Very quiet location. Buffet breakfast was large and many choices. Dinner in the restaurant would only receive 3 stars in my opinion as menu small, price point elevated and the meals we happened to choose were not impressive. Restaurant staff were again amazing though.

Hotel was great, rooms were modern, and nice. staff were really helpful. Only drawback was location. Neibourhood is a bit sleepy and a bit of a walk into the Avenida liberdade where a lot of the visitor things are located.

The staff here were absolutely wonderful, friendly, accommodating! The place is lovely and clean. Although I would say the atmosphere is very stark. The biggest issue for us? Is the air-conditioning in the room. You can set it to whatever temperature you’d like, but it never gets to that temperature. It’s too hot outside and the air conditioning fan is too low. Very hard to sleep. But need to get back to the staff they are excellent.

The staff was lovely and friendly. The hotel itself was ok. Lobby was spacious, nice great place to hang out or wait for family and friends before heading to dinner or site seeing. The rooms were a good enough size. I’d remove the carpet in the rooms, made it stuffy, there was a strong deodorized smell, maybe to camouflage the carpet. The location of the hotel was not ideal for us. We like to be able to walk to where the action is , close to restaurants etc.

I would highly recommend this hotel if you visit Lisbon. It is close to a beautiful Parque Eduardo VII park and plenty of shopping and dining. The hotel staff, room and amenities were excellent! It’s in a quiet neighborhood away from the touristy areas but well worth the Uber ride if you want a spacious, clean, modern place and great breakfast.
