This hotel is in a very active and busy location but feels very safe. It’s clean with fast wifi and great air conditioning. The staff are helpful and the food is delicious. The only issue is the cleaning products are heavily scented so be mindful if you have allergies and bring antihistamines and consider not having the room cleaned daily while your there.

The location is unbeatable- central and ideal for exploring the city on foot. A special thank you to Daniel, Pedro, Nicole, and the evening staff for their outstanding service. Everyone was warm, attentive, and truly made us feel welcome. Dinner was also a highlight. The mushroom risotto, duck croquettes, and Malandra wine were all excellent. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

Room temperature was comfortable, black out curtains great. Nice size room. Loved the garden across the hall. Continental breakfast was amazing, attendant was very accommodating. Was my husband’s birthday and we got a letter from staff which he got a real kick from. The front desk recommended a private tour of the palaces which exceeded our expectations. James of Black taxis was amazing and so knowledgeable of all the history dating back hundreds of years. Took us on sightseeing we never would have experienced with the other tours. Was our photographer for the whole day, got great pictures. Tons of dining options with within feet of the hotel. Best stay ever.
