The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was good. The beds were quite hard, so I personally didnt sleep well. Some parts of the bathroom needed attention as some tiles were broken. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room. Room was cleaned daily and towels changed if you left them on the floor. Overall it was a great location and value for money.

All of the staff members were very welcoming and helpful. I am grateful, too, that they spoke English as I do not speak Portuguese. The rooms are small, which is typical for Europe. However, they are clean and sufficient. Public transportation is easily accessible. The only down side is that, again being Europe, the streets and especially the sidewalks are extremely narrow and are cobblestone or tile. There are shops, restaurants and small markets everywhere. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Needed a one night stay as I was arriving late in Lisbon The hotel was ideal. Close to the metro, clean comfortable with a decent breakfast and friendly staff.

We wish we could say 4.5. The hotel was very good. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was very good. Location was very convenient for us We did not give this hotel a 5 star because even after repeated efforts to fix and offers to switch rooms, the bathroom in our room gave off a urine smell. Breakfast was very good especially the garlic mushrooms with the eggs but all the juices were watery and they need 2 coffee ☕️ machines for the number of guests.

I had a work meeting in the area do it was perfectly located. It was however a bit used and abused. Much wear and tear on my room. They had breakfast and that was good.

Clean, nice sized room, updated decor Only concerns were that outlets tended to spark and bathroom was separated from bedroom by a frosted glass divider and no fan in the bathroom. Not as private as preferred, but overall nice stay, great location and decent breakfast

We had spoke to the front desk numerous times about the a/c not working. 4 times in a 6 night stay, we were told it was working and everything was fine but the AC unit had error messages and didn't stay on for more than a few minutes. On check out we mentioned that we had requested it be attended to but we were met with 'we are sorry' and 'there is nothing I can do for you but thank you for letting us know. ' The staff were not helpful and did not offer any options for a room change or any discount for the inconvenience despite multiple requests for the issue to be addressed.

The hotel room was very clean, with comfortable bed and good selection of breakfast options. Staff members are very helpful and always attentive. The hotel is a few minutes walk to Metro station and has a variety of dining options within a few minutes of walk. It has easy access to a number of museums nearby as well. I really enjoyed my stay!
