The hotel is in a great location, the staff is friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are nice, only thing is that our air conditioner wasn’t working our last night there, but besides that it is a nice hotel.

Amazing location. Hotel itself was fine overall. Our beds didn’t have blankets and staff was quite unhelpful (only one person working at the front desk was even remotely helpful during our five day stay). They also ran out of towels at one point? It was clean overall but the beds were very old and somewhat questionable. Honestly would stay again for the price and location but expect some bumps along the road in your stay.

Location is the best part of our stay. Staff greeted each time we entered and left. There is great hot water despite what some said. Downfalls are noisy street, smell of smoke occasionally and room had a stale smell.

If all you want is a bed near all of the most important areas this will get you there. The front desk staff were awesome and very helpful. The room was not. Within the first 10 minutes I had to squish a crawling bug of some sort. The room was tidy but here are a few of the downsides. Th bathroom although updated, was dirty in the shower and surrounding silicone lines. The light over the sink not installed & hanging by a wire from the ceiling. Same for a light in the main room. The bed was sagging on both sides but able to sleep anyway, the bed only had sheets, no blankets. The window looked out to the other rooms, space was no bigger than the bathroom. Super convenient to everything.

Room was pretty decent, staff were nice and mostly helpful. Place was clean though kinda old. Biggest problem was NOISE!!!! Noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in, hollow walls, ceilings and doors. And the street noise is just ferocious, including drunks that leave nearby bars at even 4 AM yelling at top volume. Not even ear buds with white noise would tune it out.

Great place to stay. Lovely friendly and very helpful staff. Great clean rooms and comfy beds. Great breakfast, with good choice and always freshly filled. Wonderful location for all the sights and transport links. Close to waterfront, landmarks and shops. Historic building with lift. The hotel is located in a flat walkable / accessible part of the city with taxi access outside.

Hotel was nice. Good location. One thing to check is when bolt/Uber drop you off, the app takes you behind the hotel which is a long way from the entrance. Nothing to to with the hotel but bear in mind if travelling from the airport.

Great location in the downtown core, rooms were spacious and water (shower)was nice and hot, lots of pressure which I prefer. Only negative is that it is a bit loud, streetcar and people walking into the early morning making noise, otherwise… very nice! Staff was very friendly.
